Scavenger Hunt on the Las Vegas Strip
Embark on an adventurous scavenger hunt across the vibrant streets of Las Vegas, where hidden clues and challenges await. Uncover the secrets of the city while indulging in the thrill of the hunt.
Casino Night & Bookish Giveaway
Test your luck at the casino tables with “funny money”, before turning in your chips for tickets for a chance to win exciting bookish giveaways. Enjoy various other activities throughout the venue that will add an extra layer of entertainment and excitement to the night.

Masquerade Ball
Step into a world of decadence and mystery at the masquerade ball from 6-10pm. The atmosphere will be charged with excitement, as you dance the night away, donning masks that conceal your true identities. Take home an enchanting party favor that will serve as a souvenir of this unforgettable night.
Inner Circle members will additionally receive a custom Book Bound tote bag, as well as other exclusive bookish goodies!
food and beverages
Savor delectable finger sandwiches, mouthwatering desserts, & themed cocktails (or mocktails) throughout the evening. Prepaid drink tickets will be provided with the option to order two themed mocktails or one themed cocktail, prepaid, with the option for a cash bar for the rest of the evening.
Interact with Morally Grey Cosplayers
Engage with morally ambiguous cosplayers (some you might recognize from booktok!) dressed in costumes inspired by your favorite stories. These enigmatic figures will bring an extra layer of intrigue to the event, ensuring that every encounter is a unique and unforgettable experience.
Our Inner Circle members will get the chance for more personal time with the cosplayers to meet and converse through early entry to the ball, before general admission arrives at 6pm.
DJ, Dancing, and Professional Dance Instruction
Get ready to ignite the dance floor under a canopy of twinkling stars, surrounded by your newfound book besties! Embark on an exhilarating journey as you groove and sway to the rhythm of the night.
