By purchasing tickets, you and your party agree to the following Terms and Conditions for An Austen Affair Ball.

1. Ticket Agreement: By purchasing, allocating, or possessing tickets to An Austen Affair, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from purchasing or attending.

2. Ticket Policies: All ticket prices are listed on the event page and are non-refundable, due to extensive preplanning and pre-purchasing made on behalf of attendees. Tickets may be transferred up until one month prior to the event.

3. Event Changes & Amendments: Book Bound reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to event details, venues, or programming as necessary. Updates will be reflected on our website at www.bookboundevents.com.

4. Ticket License & Use: Tickets represent a revocable license to attend An Austen Affair and may be revoked at Book Bound’s discretion for misconduct without refund. Tickets may not be copied, resold, or used for promotional or advertising purposes without prior written consent.

5. Ticket Responsibility: Guests are responsible for their own tickets once received. Please contact us prior to the week of the event if you cannot locate your ticket.

6. Authorized Sales Sources: Tickets are available exclusively through www.bookboundevents.com and the official Book Bound Events page on Eventbrite. Book Bound is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized sellers.

7. Liability & Personal Property: Book Bound is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items or for personal injury sustained before, during, or after the event. Guests attend and participate at their own risk.

8. Age Requirement: All attendees must be 18 years or older. Exceptions for guests aged 16–17 may be made with parental consent and prior approval. Please email bookboundvents@gmail.com for inquiries.

9. Identification: Guests may be required to present a valid ID along with their ticket upon entry.

10. Photography & Videography: By attending, you grant permission for Book Bound to capture and use photographs and videos for promotional and guest enjoyment purposes. These images may appear on our website, social media, and distributed photo galleries. Guests may not use distributed photos or footage for their own promotional use without written consent.

11. Prohibited Items & Behavior: A zero-tolerance policy applies to illegal drugs, weapons, unauthorized alcohol, and lewd or disruptive behavior. Violations will result in removal from the event without refund.

12. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, Book Bound may reschedule or issue refunds at its discretion.

13. Chargebacks & Disputes: By purchasing, you waive the right to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes. For concerns, please contact Book Bound directly.

14. Dispute Resolution: All decisions made by Book Bound are final. In unresolved disputes, a neutral third-party arbiter may be engaged.

15. Promotional Use of Media: Guests may not use photos or videos taken at the event for commercial or promotional purposes without written consent from Book Bound.
