POLICIES, RETURNS, AND FAQ

  • Returns & Refunds

    Because all Book Bound merchandise is made to order specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color, changing your mind, or buyer's remorse.

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@bookboundevents.com and include photos of the issue. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the problem and provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.

    Please review all sizing charts, product descriptions, and color selections carefully before placing your order.

  • We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at bookboundevents@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.

  • Before contacting us about a missing package, please take a few moments to:

    • Double-check the shipping address listed in your shipping confirmation email.

    • Contact your local post office or delivery carrier to see if they are holding your package.

    • Check around your property, mailbox area, leasing office, or with neighbors in case the package was delivered to another location.

    If your shipping address was correct and you're still unable to locate your package, please email us at hello@bookboundevents.com and include your order number so we can assist you.

    If the shipping address provided at checkout was incorrect, we may be able to send a replacement order; however, customers are responsible for the cost of reshipping the replacement item.

  • We are currently only taking orders within the US!

  • Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
